Creating Products

Follow these steps to create a product within the platform, ensuring all necessary details are captured and displayed correctly.

Product Details

1. Snap a Photo: Click the "Take Photo" button to autofill product data via VenueRun's Capture AI, or manually fill in the details.
2. Product Title: Enter the name of the product.
3. Visible: Toggle to make the product visible or hidden from customers.
4. Product Price: Enter the price of the product. This field is required.
5. Product Description: Provide a description of the product to give customers more information.

Product Image

1. Upload Image: Drag and drop files into the designated area or click to select files from your device.

Product Inventory

1. UPC/SKU: Enter the Universal Product Code (UPC) or Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) for inventory tracking.
2. Manage Stock: Toggle this option if you want to enable stock management for the product.
3. Stock Quantity: Enter the initial stock quantity for the product.

Modifiers

1. Add Modifiers: Click the plus (+) button to add modifiers to the product. Modifiers can include options like size, color, or additional ingredients.
2. Search Modifiers: Use the search function to find and link existing modifiers.

Product Tax

1. Taxable: Toggle this option if the product is subject to tax.
2. Custom Tax Rate: If applicable, set a custom tax rate for the product.

Metadata

1. Add Metadata: Click the plus (+) button to add metadata to the product. Metadata can include additional information like category tags, custom fields, or other relevant data.

Saving the Product

1. Save: Once all the product details have been entered, click the "Save" button to store the product information.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your products are fully detailed and ready for customers to view and purchase.
